We will also take into consideration your personal preferences, such as the location and size of the hospital, comfort of the room and additional extras.
 
You will then receive a complete programme of diagnostics and treatment with a cost estimate that will be sent to you by e-mail. For your total peace of mind we provide a detailed estimate of all your expenses with no hidden extra charges.
Please note that up to this point you are not charged for our services.
As soon as we receive a confirmation from you, you will be required to pay the initial deposit. The amount of the deposit is determined by the chosen hospital.
 
We will send you a confirmation letter detailing all the arrangements that have been made, i.e. name of the hospital, the date of hospitalization, the duration of treatment, confirmation of the deposit paid.You will need this letter to support your visa application.
 
As soon as you land in London you will be escorted to the hospital or hotel accommodation. We will be available to you at each and every step of your travel for help and assistance.
